At Transformational Coaching Ltd, I specialise in helping business executives and people with mental health issues or challenges establish a work-life balance. Part of my counselling is assisting you in coping and surviving after long and irregular working hours, demanding business environments, and meeting key performance indicators.
I have worked in healthcare and business management and in life coaching. I have worked as part of management teams in the marketing, sales and human resource industry, focusing on Occupational Health with an emphasis on dealing with stress and anxiety in corporate environments.
